Providing professional services consisting of "dam sediment removal & maintenance" (the "services"); sediment removal: excavation and proper off-site disposal of accumulated sediment from upstream and downstream storage areas, including all hauling and dust control. ; structural maintenance: cleaning, repair, and/or reconstruction of inlet and outlet control structures, including trash racks, energy dissipators, sluiceways, spillways, and reinforced channels; headwall and culvert repair: repair or reinforcement of damaged concrete headwalls, culverts, wingwalls, and low-flow channels as identified in inspection reports or task orders. Provide professional services on an on-call basis under an annual contract to facilitate and coordinate the removal, collection, and disposal of debris following a disaster.
