Volunteer Management System

Description: The Hays Consolidated Independent School District (HCISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based Volunteer Management System to support the District's administration, registration, screening, approval, tracking, communication, and reporting of volunteers and volunteer opportunities across the District. The proposed system shall provide a centralized solution accessible by the District's central administration and individual school campuses and shall be capable of supporting a minimum of 10,000 registered volunteers. HAYS CISD OFFICES AND CAMPUSES WILL BE CLOSED NOVEMBER 23RD THROUGH 27TH AND DECEMBER 21ST THROUGH JANUARY 4TH.
