Description: Volunteer and guest services management. Scope of work includes - Management of Airport volunteers including providing administrative and supervisory staff to support the 450+ Navigator Program volunteers by organizing and training volunteers for the Airport information counters and identified essential areas during Airport business hours. Management and training of the Navigator Chaplain program. Management and training of the Teen Navigator program. See attached file.
