Video Editing & Public Records Act Support RFP

Description: The County of Shasta seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide video review, redaction, processing, and related support for California Public Records Act requests involving County video or audio recordings. Contractors may review large volumes of security-camera footage, identify responsive material, apply County-directed redactions, perform quality assurance, and return processed files while protecting sensitive data.
