Description: Only General Contractors who are on the UW Critical Patient Care Roster Group A at the time of bid receipt may bid on this project. UW Project No.208838, UWMC ML IR4 Equipment Replacement Bids Due: November 19, 2026, 3:00 pm Project Description: The Project consists of the interior renovation of an existing Interventional Radiology (IR) Room 4 totaling approximately 750 SF on Level 2 and construction of a new dedicated UPS room totaling approximately 105 SF within the Level 3 interstitial space of the existing Montlake Tower at the University of Washington Medical Center, Montlake campus. The work is intended to support the upgrade of the existing angiography system and associated infrastructure.
