Description: UW Facilities seeks eligible general contractors to renovate approximately 750 square feet in Interventional Radiology Room 4 on Level 2 of UW Medical Center’s Montlake Tower and construct an approximately 105-square-foot dedicated UPS room in the Level 3 interstitial space. The work supports upgrading the existing angiography system and associated infrastructure. Bidders must belong to the UW Critical Patient Care Roster Group A at bid receipt and attend one of the mandatory pre-bid site meetings.
