Utilities Repair and Maintenance Contractor Library (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide underground utilities repair and maintenance services for the city water distribution, reclaim water, sanitary storm and sewer systems, treatment plants, and above ground utility. Lift station maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upgrades consisting of pipe replacements, wet well repairs, bypass pumping, and etc. Site restoration activities associated with any projects or excavation activities requiring sod installation, irrigation system repairs, landscape installation/replacement, road repairs (per FDOT Construction Standards), asphalt patching, concrete work (driveways and sidewalks), brick paver repairs, grading, and etc.
