UCR Health Specialty Ambulatory Center (SAC) (Request for Proposal)

Description: DESIGN-BUILD: Construct the UCR Health Specialty Ambulatory Center (SAC) which includes design and construction of an approx. 175,000 GSF, 3-story Specialty Ambulatory Center at Canyon Springs Campus focused on procedure-intensive services including surgery, endoscopy, infusion, and imaging as well as related specialties in cardiovascular care and interventional radiology. The building is envisioned to be partially or wholly designed to OSHPD-3 building standards and will include supporting site improvements.
