Rifle Trades Center Renovation (Request For Proposal)

Description: The project involves the renovation and partial expansion of an existing 23,548-square-foot trades facility situated on approximately 4.5 acres to serve as a central hub for skilled trades instructional programs. Proposed improvements encompass interior demolition and architectural renovations of educational, classroom, lab, office, and shop spaces, as well as the construction of a new entrance addition featuring a vestibule, roof, and a vertical platform lift or elevator. Construction also includes installing new reinforced concrete foundations for vehicle lifts, cutting a structural wall opening, upgrading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, and fire protection systems, and integrating specialized infrastructure for automotive, diesel, HVAC, sheet metal, plumbing, and electrical trade programs.
