Town Hall Renovation and Upgrades Project RFP

Description: Work inlcudes renovation of a building for a new garage area and town hall, garage improvements will consist of unit heaters and associated work, underground plumbing, trench drains, sand oil separator, holding tank and plumbing, minor electrical and concrete replacement, office renovation and expansion will consist of minor demolition, steel studs, insulation, windows, doors, acoustical ceilings, vinyl plank and carpet, painted wall surfaces, casework, construction of new entrance canopy, exterior and interior concrete, underground plumbing, plumbing to fixtures, new fixtures, forced air furnaces, split system air conditioning, ductwork, exhaust and unit heaters, electrical power distribution, lighting, and low voltage cabling.
