SUNY ECC North Campus Kittinger Hall Boiler Upgrades Project

Description: Project consist of mechanical plumbing construction work, including but not limited to replacement of boilers, hot water heaters including all piping, controls, upgrades to the boiler room, tab, commissioning, associated general construction work including but not limited to abatement, exterior envelope modifications and restoration, interior and exterior finishes, and temporary facilities. Electrical construction work, including but not limited to relocation of electrical switchgear within the boiler room to enable the boiler upgrades, power, distribution, fire alarm and lighting.
