Description: Conduct a survey of comparable municipalities to determine what the average cost for wastewater and advanced water treatment is nationwide, how TDS may increase the average cost of treatment, and how they are currently managing TDS. Collect and analyze wastewater from the City’s sewer system to determine the residential baseline for TDS and chloride. Collect and analyze wastewater from industrial users to determine industry averages for TDS and chloride.
