Terminal 3 Food Hall and Sit-Down Restaurant and Terminal 2 Burger Quick Serve Restaurant Lease RFP

Description: The Airport Commission (San Francisco International Airport) has issued an RFP for three concession locations: a ~7,000 sq. ft. Food Hall (Terminal 3), a ~2,823 sq. ft. Sit‑Down Restaurant (Terminal 3 Boarding Area E), and a ~1,072 sq. ft. Burger Quick‑Serve Restaurant (Terminal 2), approximately 10,895 sq. ft. total under a 16‑year lease. The RFP materials, Letter of Interest form, and terminal concession design guidelines are posted with the procurement event; an informational conference is scheduled for July 29, 2026 and questions/answers are handled through the SFO RFP portal. Proposals may be submitted via the SFO RFP Web Portal from September 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (PT) through October 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (PT).
