Tee Renovations

Description: Perform improvements to the tee box areas of holes. The work includes tee box reconstruction, grading, fill placement, top-mix installation, finish grading, and installation of new turf. Remove existing tee surface material and prepare the existing tee complex and surrounding ground for reconstruction; raise the existing tee boxes approx., 18" above existing grade, with grading and tie-ins to surrounding ground as necessary; expand the rear tee box approx., 15' forward, generally in accordance with the attached concept drawing; expand the forward tee box by approx., 15' to the rear and 5' to the left. This is a planning estimate; final field dimensions shall be confirmed with RGC management before construction; grade new and existing slopes as appropriate to provide stable transitions, proper drainage, and a playable finished surface, while avoiding the need for new retaining walls where practical.
