Interior Renovations

Description: In general, the work consists of: adding a wall in the existing Flight Planning room to create an Office and adding a wall in the Upper Lobby to create a Storage room. Remove a wall separating the existing Library from the Simulation Devices room to create a larger, single Fitness room. Mechanical work includes adding a VAV along with adding and removing ductwork to accommodate the room changes. Electrical work includes adding and removing devices including light fixtures. New finishes are planned for each of the rooms including removal and replacement of the lay-in ceiling. Lowering and slight adjustment of several fire sprinkler heads is required to accommodate the new layout.
