TeamMate Software Hosting and Support Services
Description: Minnesota IT Services, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Commerce, intends to renew an agreement with INS Services, Inc. for up to 24 months of TeamMate hosting and support. The notice describes TeamMate as auditing software used for paperless insurance examinations and audits and says it is provided to states by the National Association of Insurance Coordinators. The State says TeamMate is proprietary and hosted and supported solely by INS Services, Inc., and that these services are unavailable from other third parties.
