The Oklahoma State University & A&M System is seeking a qualified vendor to provide secure website hosting, maintenance, help-desk support, accessibility monitoring, and related services for four constituent colleges. Requirements include production, test, and pre-production environments, daily backups, security and vulnerability management, WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, disaster recovery, 99.9% uptime, and reporting. This open RFP, OSUA&M-RFP-001862-2027, has a three-year term with optional two-year renewals, and award will use a best-value evaluation of technical merit, past performance, and price.
