Swift Csp Independent Assessment (Request for Proposals)

Description: Perform the SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) Independent Assessment for the Oregon State Treasury. The assessment will confirm Treasury's compliance with the mandatory controls defined in the SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF) and will result in a formal assessment report and a SWIFT required signed Completion Letter.
