Assessment Services - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide assessment services for the City for assessment years 2027, 2028, and 2029, beginning no later than January 1, 2027. Services required: Assessor will perform all of the work required to properly and professionally assess the real and personal property of the City. Assessor will field review and assess all properties that were under partial construction as of January 1st of the previous year. Assessor will field review and assess new construction as of January 1st of the current year. See attached file.
