Surplus Vehicle and Equipment Auction Services

Description: The City seeks qualified firms to manage live and/or online public auctions of City-owned surplus items, including vehicles and equipment, on a commission basis. Successful proposer(s) must accept and auction all assigned surplus items, remove them from City property within 10 business days after notice, and conduct at least one auction per month; the solicitation permits multiple awards. Proposers must hold valid automobile dealer and auctioneer licenses, and a mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 19, 2026.
