The City of Dania Beach intends to implement the Sidewalk Master Plan – Phase II through the removal, replacement, repair, restoration, and ADA improvement of existing City-owned sidewalks. The project addresses Tier 1 and Tier 2 deficiencies, including vertical and horizontal faults, cracking, spalling, obstructions, visual cross slope, ponding, and other conditions identified in the selected Phase II area.
