Description: The City of Southaven is soliciting sealed bids for widening approximately 0.34 miles of Stateline Road from two lanes to three lanes with a center turn lane, along with overlay work on approximately 0.80 miles of the existing three-lane section. The contract duration is 180 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for delays. Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. CDT on October 1, 2026, and the solicitation documents are available through the buyer's bidding system or the City Clerk's office for a $200 reproduction cost.
