Constructing a well house and installing approx. , 800' of raw water transmission main to the existing water treatment facility. Work at the water treatment facility includes replacement of chemical feed systems, piping modifications, HVAC and lighting replacements, replacing the ballasted roof system, and painting. Work also includes relocating two generators from well no. 11 to the existing treatment facility and to an existing well house with new outdoor enclosures.

The improvements proposed at the plant include the installation of pressurized iron and manganese filtration system with GreenSand+ media, the installation of a Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) adsorption system for removal of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination, and a complete filter backwash wastewater handling and discharge system. The upgrades shall be installed with all process and potable water and sanitary piping, valves, and appurtenances, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and connections to the existing system. The improvements shall also include the construction of a new CMU masonry building, and all associated structural improvements necessary to support the structures.
