Description: The anticipated requirement consists of one (1) portable hyperspectral camera and associated commercial accessories, software, documentation, warranty, and technical support necessary for full operation. At a minimum, the system shall be capable of meeting the following salient characteristics: Operate over a spectral wavelength range of 400 nm to 800 nm. Provide 200 or more evenly distributed spectral bands. Provide a spectral bandwidth (FWHM) of 7 nm or less. Produce image output of at least 512 × 512 pixels. Provide a minimum spectral resolution of 12 bits per pixel. Focus on objects from approximately 15 centimeters to infinity. Operate as a standalone system with an integrated display and user interface without requiring an external computer for normal operation. Store collected data on portable media for transfer to external computers. Operate using an internal rechargeable battery. Utilize standard 120V, 60 Hz U.S. power for battery charging. Weigh no more than 2 kilograms. See attached file.

provides origin-to-destination, demand-responsive, shared-ride paratransit service under the name "Access-A-Ride" for individuals with disabilities who meet defined eligibility criteria. The Authority's Paratransit Division ("Paratransit") is soliciting proposals for the installation and deployment of a vehicle camera system (the "Paratransit Camera Security System" or "PCSS") on an estimated one thousand one hundred and twenty-eight (1,128) Vehicles. The PCSS will capture, record, transmit, store, and manage video, and, when enabled by the Authority, audio, in furtherance of Paratransit's commitment to safe and reliable public transit service. Paratransit intends to use the PCSS primarily to: (i) review customer, driver, safety, security, accident, and other operational incidents and the circumstances surrounding them; (ii) evaluate and improve Paratransit operations; and (iii) interoperate with and supplement the Authority-Provided System designated by the Authority for centralized video management (the "MTA Video Management Platform").
