Special Events Parking Operation Services RFP

Description: The Solicitation is to establish a contract for Parking Management Services at City sponsored events on an as needed basis. The Proposer shall be responsible for all labor, supervision and equipment necessary to deliver the service. The Service include Pre-event preparation, traffic control and providing report. City events include concerts, festivals, graduations, sporting events, movie nights and private events which can take place on holiday. Events may have 500-5,000 attendees.
