South Lamar Blvd Corridor: US 290 To Montclaire St.

Description: Work consists of approximately three (1.5) miles of corridor mobility improvements on South Lamar Boulevard from US 290 to Montclaire St. This includes removal of existing sidewalk, removal of existing curb and gutter, installation of new curb and gutter closer to the centerline of the road, construction of ADA compliant shared-use paths, sidewalks, bike lanes and ramps, mill and overlay portions of the roadway, traffic signal improvements, relocation of bus stops, construction of new bus stops, storm drain improvements, water and wastewater line improvements, streetscape improvements, landscape improvements, tree plantings, planting zones, irrigation, rain gardens, signing and striping, and intermittent median construction.
