Sole Source to extend current engagement with MTS

Description: The Governor's Office of Information Technology is conducting a sole-source procurement to extend MTS IntegraTRAK's managed services engagement for Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions. The scope includes TEM modules for provisioning, usage, asset, contract, dispute, and invoice management, along with financial-team support, CORE interfaces and reports, 60-month data archival, and access for up to 120 application users and 500 reporting users. The remote period of performance is September 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026, at $15,700 per month, and the response deadline is August 26, 2026.
