CT State Colleges & Universities seeks proposals from qualified developers to finance, design, install, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic systems at rooftop and/or ground-mounted sites at CT State Community College in Asnuntuck, Naugatuck Valley, and Norwalk, as well as Eastern Connecticut State University and Central Connecticut State University. The developer will sell the generated electricity to each campus and submit the project for CSCU to Eversource’s large LREC/ZREC Program. The solicitation runs from November 3, 2026, through December 16, 2026.
