CT State Colleges & Universities seeks proposals from qualified developers to finance, design, install, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic systems at rooftop and/or ground-mounted sites at CT State Community College in Asnuntuck, Naugatuck Valley, and Norwalk, as well as Eastern Connecticut State University and Central Connecticut State University.
