The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is soliciting pre-qualification submissions from suppliers to supply and install new window coverings and perform repair services across DSBN facilities on an as-needed basis. The resulting contract has an initial three-year term from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. Qualified suppliers will be added to DSBN's roster of pre-qualified vendors, from which individual schools and departments will solicit quotes on a best-fit basis.

Bids may be submitted via U.S. Mail / UPS / FedEx, etc., hand delivered, or e-mailed to coasealedbid@cityofalcoa-tn.gov. Regardless of the mode, the Bidder shall be responsible for the early delivery of their bid. Mailed or hand-delivered bids should be in a sealed envelope and labeled â��Water Treatment Plant Siding and Window Replacement REBID, RFB 25143, Bid Enclosedâ��. The subject line of e-mailed bids shall state the same. Bids received after the deadline will be unopened and discarded.
