The Pasha Group, acting as a subrecipient to the San Diego Unified Port District, is soliciting competitive proposals for professional, technical, engineering, and analytical services for a charging infrastructure planning and optimization study. The work includes fleet and operational assessment, utility and electrical load analysis, charger and site optimization, technology evaluation, infrastructure constraints assessment, utility coordination, charging strategy, expansion planning, cost estimating, and technical procurement specifications. This is a competitively solicited professional-services RFP rather than a grant application, although the work is supported by the EPA Clean Ports Program and must comply with the applicable EPA assistance agreement and related requirements.
