Infrastructure Resiliency: Data Center Relocation

Description: The State seeks a qualified data-center vendor to provide physical hosting services for its Infrastructure Resiliency Project, supporting mission-critical government systems and statewide service continuity. Vendors must demonstrate secure, high-availability facilities, recovery and redundant-networking capabilities, alignment with IRS Pub. 1075, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, and CJIS, and the ability to scale. Proposals must be emailed in MS Word or PDF format to BIT.DCRESPONSE@state.sd.us, with attachments limited to 20 MB, by the November 2, 2026 deadline.
