The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and disposal necessary to: 1. Pump septic systems. 2. Clean piping systems. 3. Respond to service calls. 4. Inspect and report deficiencies. Septic pumping: Contractor will follow all IDEM, DOT, and state regulations to pump, remove, and dispose of liquid and semi- liquid sewage waste found in park septic tanks, the volumes of which range from 1,000 to 4,000 gallons. All collected material shall be transported and disposed of off-site at a IN state approved waste management facility. Contractor shall maintain all required state waste management and septic certifications. See appendix A “proposed pumping schedule” for volume details. See attached file.

Septic tank & plumbing installations, & repairs for the County Department of Community Services. The Department of Community Services wishes to utilize a company (vendor) with extensive septic tank installation and plumbing experience. The company must be staffed with an adequate number of full-time employees and have the capacity to do the work “in house”. The company selected must have the capacity and ability to complete several jobs in a short period of time. Install a new two tank pump system with two (2) 1000-gallon waterproof (Poly) septic tanks, good quality pump, high water alarm, and any/all modifications for the new system to operate properly; Install 375’ of field line with spillovers (for when JCDH requires just new field lines for an existing system).; Install 75’ of additional field line (for washer line, grey water line, etc.); Pump, clean, and inspect tanks per JCDH (tank accessible by shovel); Install a new septic system with a 1000-gallon concrete tank as described previously.
