Senior Center Storage Building

Description: Work includes construction of a 14'-0" x 20'-0" storage building. ; demo and dispose of existing asphalt paving, as required, for new structure; earth excavation and grubbing, as required, for the new structure. All excess material to be disposed of off-site by contractor; excavate and pour for assumed 2'-0" x 2'-0" continuous grade beam footings at perimeter; form and pour 8" thick continuous concrete stem wall at south and west building walls and south & east dumpster walls, (height to vary based on final elevations); membrane water proofing to be applied at all concrete stem walls;form and pour 4" 3500-psi, welded-wire fabric reinforced concrete slab-on-grade, troweled finish at building, broom finished at dumpster area.
