Description: The City of Spokane is soliciting bids for as-needed scaffolding services supporting scheduled and unscheduled boiler maintenance outages at the Waste-to-Energy Facility. The contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineered scaffold drawings, and safety compliance for work on two refuse-fired boiler units, including readiness to mobilize within six hours for unscheduled outages. The contract is expected to run from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, with options for three additional one-year extensions, and attendance at the November 2, 2026 pre-bid meeting is mandatory.
