Continued Golf Cart Path Improvements At Hughes Creek Golf Course
Work includes to conduct continued golf cart path improvements at golf course.
Description: Replace existing cart paths at golf course with cement paths. Specifications are as follows: Existing Material to be removed is a combination of rock/gravel and/or asphalt. Remove all existing material and replace with 4" depth concrete. Paths are 8' wide. Approximate distances include: 300 LF (2,400 SF) on #12 tee area. 300 LF (2,400 SF) on #12 green/#13 tee area. 100 LF (800 SF) on #6 tee area. 300 LF (2,400 SF) on #16 tee area. See attached file.

The Warren County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified manufacturers or authorized distributors to furnish and deliver fifty (50) new golf carts for use at Clear Creek Golf Course. Proposals may provide for an outright purchase, a lease-purchase agreement, or third-party financing, and must address current-production carts, required accessories and setup, and the County’s existing 2023 fleet balance. Sealed proposals are due August 27, 2026, at 10:00 am, CST, and may be submitted electronically through Central Bidding or by sealed paper submission to the Warren County Purchasing Department.
