PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) GOLF CART FLEET REPLACEMENT FOR CLEAR CREEK GOLF COURSE

Description: The Warren County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified manufacturers or authorized distributors to furnish and deliver fifty (50) new golf carts for use at Clear Creek Golf Course. Proposals may provide for an outright purchase, a lease-purchase agreement, or third-party financing, and must address current-production carts, required accessories and setup, and the County’s existing 2023 fleet balance. Sealed proposals are due August 27, 2026, at 10:00 am, CST, and may be submitted electronically through Central Bidding or by sealed paper submission to the Warren County Purchasing Department.
