Ozone Treatment Plant Roof Replacement RFP
Work consists of comprehensive replacement of the existing roofing system. This includes removing the current roofing materials and thoroughly inspecting and repairing any underlying structural issues. The project will address localized ponding by implementing proper drainage to prevent future water accumulation and replacing the existing skylights. The project will also install new ductwork for the HVAC system on the roof. The overall goal is to improve the roofing system's functionality, longevity, and energy efficiency.

Provide construction services for demolition of the existing sodium hypochlorite, fluoride, zinc orthophosphate and coagulant bulk storage tanks and the installation of one (1) 9,500 gallon HDLPE sodium hypochlorite bulk storage tank with heat tracing and insulation, including secondary containment modifications, one (1) 6,000 gallon XLPE fluoride bulk storage tank and piping, one (1) 6,000 gallon XLPE zinc orthophosphate bulk storage and piping and two (2) 3,000 gallon XLPE coagulant bulk storage tanks with new concrete containment, pump and piping, and heat tracing and insulation.
