Description: Work consists of comprehensive replacement of the existing roofing system. This includes removing the current roofing materials and thoroughly inspecting and repairing any underlying structural issues. The project will address localized ponding by implementing proper drainage to prevent future water accumulation and replacing the existing skylights.
