Description: Construct a new wastewater treatment plant adjacent to the existing wastewater treatment plant utilizing a packaged treatment system with new structural concrete basins, a new headworks screen and channel, a new wastewater lift station, a new Laboratory/Operations building with UV disinfection channels, new concrete formed biosolids dewatering beds, a new outfall pipe and all associated appurtenances and requirements for a fully functional wastewater treatment plant.
