RIDGES BASIN GATE HYDRAULICS MOD

Description: This active solicitation seeks a contractor to modify the jet flow gate hydraulic system at Ridges Basin Dam, including replacing steel piping with flexible hydraulic hoses and enabling the gate assembly to be lifted without disconnecting the hydraulic system. The work also includes draining, refilling, cleaning, and testing the hydraulic system; welding adapter fittings; installing hose supports; supplying a spare assembled hose; and applying a black urethane rust-prevention coating. The requirement is firm fixed price and includes all labor, materials, and equipment, with biodegradable hydraulic fluid and approved equivalent products permitted.
