Richmond Rd and Lafayette St Corridors Signal and Pedestrian Improvement RFP

Description: Work includes removing the existing pedestrian push buttons and installing new accessible pedestrian signal (aps) push-button stations. It also includes installing a watertight gps system in the traffic signal cabinets at the intersections identified in the project plans. At some intersections, the work will include removing and replacing existing pedestrian signal heads, existing pedestrian signal panels, and pedestrian crossing signal heads with the current vdot standards. The project also includes miscellaneous traffic signals and pedestrian improvements at various intersections.
