Description: The City and County of San Francisco, through the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, is seeking qualifications from contractors for as-needed civil engineering construction improvements in the Alameda Watershed and other nearby properties. Work may include culverts, rural roads, fencing, stock ponds, small bridges, rangeland infrastructure, earthwork, trails, retaining walls, and slope stabilization in Alameda and Santa Clara Counties. A Class “A” California Contractor’s License is required, the estimated master agreement value is $10,000,000, and submissions are due October 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM for a five-year duration.
