Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Master Services Agreements for As-Needed Professional Consulting Services

Description: The City of Carlsbad is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional consulting firms to establish or supplement Master Services Agreements for as-needed consulting services across multiple disciplines. The agreements will support current and anticipated agency needs and maintain a diverse pool of qualified consultants, with existing agreements continuing to be used where appropriate. The solicitation is open for electronic submissions until September 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time and is not a grant program.
