Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Professional Support Services

Description: The City of Soledad is seeking experienced professional service firms to provide municipal support on an on-call, task-order basis. The anticipated services include program management, capital project delivery, staff augmentation, utility coordination, grant-application support, facilities master-plan support, civil design, pavement evaluation, water and wastewater projects, electrical design, and municipal facility upgrades.
