Provide emergency medical service (ems) supplies.
Description: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) systems in two designated service areas: CSA 17 Ambulance Service Area and the San Diego County Fire Protection District (SDCFPD) Ground Ambulance Service Area (ASA). Additional service areas, such as the Grossmont Ambulance Service Area, may be assessed as needed, and others may be added at a later time. The assessments shall focus on evaluating the level of care, response time standards, deployment models, and additional operational considerations to ensure optimal resource allocation, clinical effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
