Provide compensation and benefits study.
Description: Provide consultant to conduct a feasibility study evaluating the practicality of extending municipal center drive to the western portion of municipal center drive through a connection. The study will evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed connection on vehicular and pedestrian access, traffic circulation, safety, and overall mobility within the town center area; study will assess transportation, engineering, right-of-way, environmental, utility, and planning considerations associated with the proposed connection and determine whether the extension would provide meaningful transportation and accessibility benefits. The study will develop planning-level recommendations regarding the feasibility and implementation of the proposed roadway connection.
