Downtown Fairfield Parking Study (Request for Qualifications)
Provide services to develop a parking master plan that seeks to optimize parking operations and land utilization within downtown.
Description: Provide professional planning services with alternatives analysis; public participation/outreach; preliminary engineering; surveying; assessing and identifying needed permits for project construction; and 30% design for boulder beach trailhead totaling approx 4 miles ("study area"). Once the recommendations have been considered by the city, the scope of work may be expanded by contract amendment to include additional engineering design.

Services include identifying suitable site locations, determining permitting requirements, estimating site preparation and construction costs, estimating equipment procurement and installation costs, evaluating code compliance requirements, and preparing a final operational and capital cost assessment.
