Description: Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) is soliciting proposals for re-procurement of family preservation services to support families with children at risk of maltreatment, child welfare involvement, or home removal. The solicitation covers multiple service areas including Case Management; Home Management (Agency-delivered and Kin-delivered); and Parenting Skills (including Nurturing Parenting, Triple P, and Parent–Teen Conflict). Proposers may apply for one or more service areas but must submit a separate response form for each, and the page provides links to the full solicitation, response forms, and related downloads.
