The system must operate with the landfills’ permanent base stations and integrate with existing Skydio X10 drones and Trimble GPS Ground Survey GNSS receivers. The selected proposer must provide the hardware, software, installation, and comprehensive training, with proposals due electronically by September 9, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
